With the new year officially here, we wanted to take some time to look back on 2020. This past year was one of the most interesting and challenging in recent memory — at the start of 2020, no one could have predicted where we ended up! However, even though we could not connect with buyers and clients via tradeshows, community BBQs and open houses, we had a great year! Sales and construction have been steady, and the NewRock team is grateful for the progress we’ve made despite all the challenges and changes thrown our way. 

Here are just a few of the highlights and milestones that we are happy to look back on from 2020.

 

Phase 4 at Ridgewood Landing in Prince George

It seems like just yesterday that we celebrated the Official Ground Breaking for the bungalow condos at Ridgewood Landing! Now, with Phases 1 – 3 soldout, we are excited to be well into Phase 4. 

Despite everything this year has thrown at us, the 2020 building season has been one of the busiest yet! Our team has been hard at work getting everyone who purchased in our first three phases moved in, and we’re making steady progress on Phase 4. This phase of our University Heights project finds itself situated in the middle of the community and features some of our most anticipated floorplans and locations.

In addition to its great location, Phase 4 will introduce our whole range of floorplans with walk-out basements. Reaching Our Final 10 Units at Livingstone Estates in Lethbridge

Livingstone Estates offers The Best of Adult Living on the growing Westside of Lethbridge. Sales have been strong throughout the year, and we are excited to have reached our final 10 units just before the holiday season.
