Steady Progress and Strong Activity Continues Into 2021

Throughout BC, AB and SK, 2021 is off to a great start for our buyers and NewRock Developments team. For much of last year, we were all wondering what would happen to the real estate market as the effects of COVID-19 started to pile up. Thankfully, the only thing that changed was some of our showhome protocols! Across the board, sales and activity have been up, and 2020 will go in the books as a record year for real estate transactions and activities throughout Canada. This momentum is set to continue, and we’re looking forward to the rest of 2021!

Phase 1 – 4 at Ridgewood Landing are Over 80% Sold-out

It feels like we just got finished celebrating Official Ground Breaking for the bungalow condos at Ridgewood Landing! This site has been moving quickly, and we’re happy to announce that the first four phases are now over 80% sold-out.
